The house is usually approached from the rear parking lot. This involves 6 concrete steps. It is possible to approach the house from the front which requires one step only.

The bath is freestanding.

There is space for 4 cars in the parking lot. There is also extensive parking in the village car park

There are 4 exits to the building and smoke alarms installed.

There are extensive external lights and security lighting around the house. All rooms have bedside lamps.

There are toilet facilities on the ground floor.
